He leads key identity management projects, improves processes, and develops automated solutions for identity and access management.

Pradeep Kumar Balla is an experienced IT professional with over 9 years in Identity and Access Management (IAM), specializing in Sun IDM, SailPoint, and Saviynt. He is skilled in Java/J2EE, SQL, and IAM integrations with ServiceNow. Pradeep has successfully led projects, solved technical challenges, and improved system efficiency for clients like IRS, Dell, GE, and Corning Technologies. He is proficient in frameworks such as Struts, Hibernate, and Spring, with a strong background in web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. He holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from JNTU.

Diwas Karki - Solutions Architect

Diwas Karki is a cybersecurity expert with over 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), focusing on SailPoint IIQ. He excels at creating secure workflows, automating processes, and integrating enterprise systems to boost efficiency and ensure compliance. Skilled in technologies like REST/SOAP APIs, databases (MySQL, Oracle, Db2), and AWS cloud services, Diwas also holds certifications including SANS GSEC and AWS Cloud Practitioner. Fred Forester is an experienced IT professional with over 25 years in the field, including 10+ years specializing in Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM). His expertise spans solution architecture, system implementation, custom development, and production support. Debby is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and IT systems. Currently Chief of Staff at Zephon, LLC, she holds certifications in CyberArk and Identity and Security Technology. She specializes in Active Directory, Azure, Oracle IAM, SailPoint, and CyberArk, with a focus on system security and customer service. She holds Bachelor’s in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an Associate’s in Computer Programming and Analysis.

Vishal Masih - Founder & President

Vishal has over 20 years of cybersecurity experience across private and public sectors. Before founding Zephon, he held key roles at leading tech companies, delivering solutions for Fortune 500 firms and gaining hands-on insight into organizational challenges. His public sector work includes designing scalable solutions for the NYC Department of Education and the IRS. Vishal holds a Bachelor’s in Information Technology from Delhi University and certifications from AWS, ISC2, Oracle, and Microsoft. He is an active member of DFW ISC2, NTXISSA, and CSA Zero Trust Working Groups.
