AISE CDRL Tracker
AISE CDRL Tracker
AI-assisted compliance review for contract data requirements. AISE CDRL Tracker turns CDRL review into a structured, explainable, auditable process. The COR stays the decision-maker throughout; the tool does the first pass, shows its reasoning, and keeps a permanent record of every judgment call.
The problem
Every CDRL response a contractor submits has to be checked line by line against the content requirements in its Data Item Description (DID), plus the delivery terms on the DD Form 1423. That review lands on one person: the COR or Government Technical Manager, usually a program subject-matter expert reading a 50- to 200-page submission against requirements that were never broken into a checklist.
Across dozens of CDRL line items and repeat resubmissions, the workload compounds. Two CORs can reach different conclusions with no shared record of why. And when a determination is questioned later, in an audit, a protest, or an IG review, there is often no trail showing what was checked, what evidence supported the call, or who made it.
Today, the COR…
- Reads every deliverable end to end against its DID
- Gets review depth that varies by reviewer and workload
- Writes rejection rationale by hand
- Re-reviews each resubmission from scratch
With CDRL Tracker, the COR…
- Confirms cited verdicts, one requirement at a time
- Scores every version against the same locked requirements
- Sends a gap report with citations and version changes
- Sees exactly what changed from v1 to v2
How it works
Human-approved requirements
The tool extracts discrete, testable requirements from the CDRL, DID, and SOW package. The COR approves the checklist before anything is scored.
Explainable scoring
Each requirement gets a MET, PARTIAL, MISSING, or NOT APPLICABLE verdict, with a written rationale and a citation to the exact passage relied on.
No-evidence guard
If nothing in the submission supports a requirement, the tool marks it MISSING and says so, rather than letting the model guess.
Human override, always logged
The COR can change any verdict, but only with a documented reason. Every approval, override, and status change writes to a permanent audit record.
Version-aware
Every resubmission is tracked, and the report shows exactly what changed, and what regressed, between versions.
Improves with reviewer feedback
COR corrections feed a feedback loop that sharpens future scoring, scoped strictly to your organization's own data. No model fine-tuning.
Built on a Zero Trust foundation
Role-based access, per-request organization and department isolation, and government-approved model endpoints running inside a single-tenant deployment your program controls. Nothing leaves your environment.
Backed by 300+ automated tests spanning extraction, scoring, human override, tenant isolation, and audit-trail integrity, plus live validation runs against government-approved large language model endpoints. AISE CDRL Tracker is built on the same engine as Zephon's AISE Zero Trust platform.
